Don't Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will When the road you're trudging seems all up hill. When funds are low and the debts are high.
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit. Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far: So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit
It's when things seem worst that you must not QUIT.

I love this poem on perseverance and I think it relates very well to many of my clients that I have worked with. Facing your clutter is not easy and it certainly is not fast for many people... the pace often seems slow and people can easily become discouraged and want to give up on the process; however, if you hang in there and DO NOT Quit you will be amazed at the rewards you will be able to feel! Rewards like:
- More Peace in relationships
- Reduced late fees
- More time spent doing what you want instead of looking for things
- More space to enjoy your home
- Less Stress
Remember the last line of the Poem when you get frustrated and overwhelmed: "It's when things seem worst that you must not QUIT" You can and you Will conquer your war over clutter if you refuse to retreat from the battles no matter how large or small.
